This section contains a collection of ideas you can easily
implement to help conduct short-duration activities (monthly, weekly or
daily) to add fun, excitement, competition and fulfillment. We hope
you'll find it will pump variety and enjoyment into your day-to-day
activities.
Adaptable to sales, customer service,
safety, etc. With a little thinking, you'll be able to adapt these
ideas to the nature of your own team — whether it's sales, marketing,
customer service, telemarketing, safety or whatever.
Tie in with what's already going on.
Some ideas tie in with certain seasons, months or events. Others can
be used anytime.
Quickie research. Use your
resources to do some research and develop some additional ideas: for
example, Internet searches on Google and Yahoo, local book stores and

Be creative. Tie in your normal

For maximum results, remember to always
relate your activities to any ongoing programs and promotions which you
might have.

lead time in planning upcoming activities. Some may be elaborate, others
may be simple and direct. You be the judge because you know what works
best for your team, or what unique twist you can give it to make it even
